Also i think its quite logical the cellular requirements for burning fat, especially saturated safe one, is much lower in terms of vitamins and minerals. Think about classic french diet, pretty peaty, don't you think?so you keep fat intake around 60g a day?

how does saturated fat spare b vitamins where did you learn this? i wasnt aware of this.
Also that starches are easier tolerated by some, maybe because of fermentation into fatty acids partially by intestinal flora?
