Well guys
Now im taking BENADRYLe (i believe its name )

About 70 mg every night
And its given me a good night sleep

But i wake up at 7 to go to university

But i feel so sleepy until like 2 pm

Will AC IN THE MORNING CLEAN MY SYSTEM OF BENADRYL ?

Maybe take less of the antihistamine before you want to take more of something else

25mg Benadryl makes me groggy in the morning. I can tolerate 12.5mg.
Try cutting down on dosage or switch to dimenhydrinate or doxylamine.

Benadryl (diphenhydramine) has a fairly long duration (long half life). My own experience, which matches numerous friends, is some daytime drowsiness carries over after night time Benadryl use.

The easier ways to reduce the daytime drowsiness is to reduce the dose, and/or stagger what part of the daily Benadryl and take part earlier in the evening. (Do not increase the total daily amount.)

I suppose that metabolic support for liver function would clear the benadryl more quickly too. But many fairly healthy people experience this lag after night-time Benadryl use.

Search the forum for other sleep aid suggestions. Fruit juice, baking soda in fruit juice, gelatin, glycine, blue-light blocking and other factors aid restorative sleep. You may be able to find a benadryl substitute quickly and cheaply.

As Sele notes, doxylamine is a different useful antihistamine mentioned by Dr. Peat.

What was your dose of benadryl? You may be taking way too much, try half the dose or less. This is a great article on the pharmacology of benadryl, and how it acts as a totally different drug at different doses:
