I suspect I may have gut issues and want to try and locate an antibiotic and take a low dose for a while. What do you suggest would be the best antibiotic? I have tried the carrot salad, mushrooms and cascara and have had very little results. I also suffer from acne and the antibiotic may help clear this?

Folks on here have used Florassist with phage technology or Nutriphage(?)
There are two threads on it.

I had a gut infection that responded well to it.

It's not pretty to talk about....
Severe, unpassable constipation from bowel inflammation.
Hemorrhoids.
Mucous in stool.
Coated tongue.
Mouth sores after eating disagreeable food...even peaty food.

After the 21st day on the phage, I saw good changes...
And by day 30....all of the above had cleared.

Isnt the general consensus here that gut should be clear and probiotics are harmful and cause serotonin / endotoxin etc. ? whats with the probiotics then . and even mainstream acceps that probiotics are either hit or miss. They help some ppl and for others that are more sensitive they cause strong immune reactions.

Took one bottle, which is one a day for 30 days.
And yes, i overdid a hard to digest food (I was overzealous for sure) & got a bit constipated...so I took casgara for two days to remedy that.
