I thought I would share this... I won’t say it’s full proof for everyone, but I can at least say it’s made a tremendous different for myself.

A couple years ago my father passed away which brought on my first panic attacks a few weeks after. Never had them before so I had to learn how to understand some things on a different level.

After reading Shinzen Young’s work, he taught me about the practice of grounding myself. Made a huge difference. But, adding an anti-stress supplement with the activity became a game changer.

I’m bringing this up as so many people are going through anxious moments lately. So I thought I’d share so other people know something that could be helpful.

I do this 1-3x a day if necessary:

1. take 1 aspirin tablet or a pinch of theanine

I perform the l5/s1 ELDOA until the stress lessens or is completely gone.

I hope everyone is finding ways to keep the stress down.
