I was hoping to find a better first reply, this is quite frustrating!
I've once had an issue with one email provider, they told me that my IP was not okay. I don't know why, I've never engaged in malicious internet activity.
Is this what made you make that reply? If not, please do let me know.
Any way, here's how I got here: I've been reading some articles written by Dr. Raymond Peat, it is radically different and very powerful. I googled "ray peat", your forum was among the first search results, and now I'm here!
I'm hoping to find like-minded people in order to exchange opinions, share information.

What is your favorite part about Peating?
Correctly addressing the nutritional issues, a very important issue that modern medicine does not give a heck about, or give you the worst advice in the world and that is a disaster. I mean, for example, we've been taught that butter is bad and that margarine is good because it's lighter! In medical school!
What is the worst part?
nothing yet. I'm still in "amazement part", critique is eventual. I'm a knowledge seeker.
What are your health issues?
I have lots of small problems, I can't disclose all of them here. What bothers me a lot is my old torn meniscus and some feet tendonitis (I don't know how to plural this in latin).
What other questions should we ask?.......
The diet!
