You'll probably laugh considering i previously posted about broken/chipped teeth being a very odd side effect in the vaccinated (as it turns out a lot of you confirmed this!!).

Well recently ive heard endless stories about knee problems from the vaccinated, people needing knee replacements and surgeries - all vaccinated people.

I just wanted to ask, has anyone else heard from vaccinated family and friends about knee issues?? and what could be the mechanism here.

Thee knees are vulnerable to blood circulation issues. If the vaccines damage blood circulation, and they appear to do so, then knee problems could be a common symptom. Hypothetically speaking.

Interesting, my sister told me a few days ago that she has knee pain when walking down stairs.
She is double vaxxed, but also has been vegan for 15+ years, which might also have had a degenerative effect on her knees.

So you want to avoid vasoconstrictors like coffee and aspirin?

The knees have a very poor blood supply. It is important to exercise your knees through a full range of motion so that their synovial fluid can keep the knees well nourished. Kneesovertoesguy has some interesting videos about exercises to rehabilitate the knees. He is directed to increasing sports performance but the exercises seem to work for everyone. It do some of them at a lower level than the sports people.

no because they lower nitric oxide.

nitric oxide = aging
Younger people have naturally higher levels of nitric oxide and this declines with aging.

Have you not read any of rays articles on nitric oxide?
Easy boy. Let's welcome every contradictory stance and analyse them with a fresh eye. "but Ray Peat said that!" arguments are not the way forward.

Pretty sure that whether NO was good or bad for an organism at any particular point would be entirety contextual.

Arginine

Cialis
case in point, viagra has horrendous long term side effects- short term yes you will get an errection, but the wider damage it will cause is irreparable

@CastorTroy you have to remember that there are multiple forms of nitric oxide. eNOS for example is not particularly damaging and accounts for the high nitric oxide in youth. iNOS and nNOS on the other hand are extremely damaging and cause significant aging.

i really would not be messing around with any NO raising supplements if you care about long term health
