When you eat glucose and fructose together like in fruit and sugar they both stimulate each others oxidation so you burn more and store more glycogen.

More fructose can be eaten than glucose without fat storage because fructose raises the metabolism more and causes more energy to be burned.

If you get bloated from pure white sugar it's probably because you have a bacteria overgrowth problem, white sugar is probably one of the most easily digested foods.

Not necessarily true. Fruits have their own special problems, for example fiber in oranges, toxins in grapefruit, over-stressed bananas, small seeds in berries.

I'd rather eat potatoes and white sugar than lots of bananas and other crappy fruit.
