It appears the combination of the two worked best.
I wonder if aspirin or proteolytic enzymes instead of curcumin, plus B6 would have a similar effect. Curcumin can have some unwanted side effects if I recall.

Aspirin is more damaging in absence of bile so no good when you have cholestasis.
