Am I interpreting this correctly? PUFA Content in Food

since most nutrition labels don't include PUFA content per serving, can I just assume that the other 3g, like in this example, are unsaturated fats? What about monounsaturated fats?

It's monounsaturated.

The 3 grams can be both polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats.

Ask the company for the MUFA/PUFA content, or at least one of the two. Have done it for eggs.

It helps to show people's concern about PUFA and not the other way around (SFA).
