Always Have Elevated FSH 23 :(

Hi guys, I always have elevated FSH , always 23 or 22

My LH sometimes 9, then back to normal 8....same for prolactin...they go 18 then back to 16.....The main concern is FSH...why is that ?

I also have testes calcification. How could I resolve that ?
