I've had it a few times and liked it. I would have described it as intermediate between chicken and fish in texture and flavor. The good thing is, even if it is farmed, they can't raise it on grain. However, they are most likely raising what it is being fed on grain. Still, once removed is better than 0 times removed.

I wonder why the tail and thigh have so much more MUFA, and less PUFA, than sirloin and back cut.
