I would like to add some seafood (shrimp, oysters, clams, crab lobsters...) one a week in my diet but I am a bit affraid of doing so as when I was a child I had some quincke's oedema and anaphylaxis shock when eating it and after some blood test it showed that I was allergic to it.
I don't know what RP thinks about these allergy tests and the immune system involved in allergies?

I don't see other good ways to get enough manganese and some copper...

Anaphalaxis doesn't sound like something to mess with.
If you decide to experiment, maybe do so outside yr drs office with a note pinned to your chest? :)

Peat has pointed to some tactics to reduce histamine reactions, but he also doesn't recommend subjecting oneself repeatedly to substances one is allergic to.
I think low blood sugar can make one more suscepible to allergic reactions.
