I feel like i am back to square one with this. Ive had them my whole life from early childhood and was on allergy shots for twenty years. wondering if there are any safe shots available now that would be ok?.

Quite severe. ive shared my story quite a bit here but found Dr. Peat in my late 20's when i almost died from pharmaceutical estrogen poisoning for 12 years. Fast forward- everything is great healthwise for me at 52 now except for absolutely debilitating allergies (never resolved) and horrid chemical sensitivities. Both are off the charts and seem to have nothing to do with supplements, food, hormones, thyroid, gut, etc. you name it ive done it all and everything is great for me health and hormone wise except I am deathly allergic to everything on this planet both man made and natural. i am at a complete loss. HELP.SOS. Low histamine diet has done nothing, antihistamines not helping much, and everything else i have done for 25 years- NADA. i have great hormones, amazing strength, youth, vitality and I cannot live on this planet. i am beyond miserable. I am aware that childhood vaccines can cause this but surely there must be a way to reverse or at least treat this?

PLEASE anyone share any new breakthrough info here. i am going to an immunologist and allergist who is outside the box and sounds promising next week so would like to bring whatever info i can to that appt. naltrexone sounds interesting; although i have done it way back in my past but maybe too much else was happening.

this is the one remaining health enigma to which i have never found an answer and just seems to be getting worse and worse despite everything else getting better every year. its mystifying. thank you for any enlightenment you can offer on this issue. melissa

Do antihistamines knock you out? I have similar issues and am currently trying histidine.

yesterday i pounded open capsules of benadryl powder with tons of coffee so think i counteracted the sedation but still a little weird. i took 2 mg of cyproheptadine one day and was completely comatose and non functional; but apparently those effects dissipate. however i took just 1mg cyprohptadine every night for many years and really did not help at all so just dont think antihistamines life long are the answer. i will look at this histidine. thanks!!

seems that is for low histamine. cannot imagine that is my issue since when i have tested at allergist my reactions are off the charts and i believe that is excessive histamine on those scratch tests on the back. but will bring this up to the doc i am seeing next week. suppose the only way to know for sure is to do lab tests and see what levels are. but i think people with lifelong allergies like me are normally high histamine not low.

It all seems so complicated. I had a similar result with scratch tests so didn't consider low histamine until recently simply bc nothing else was working. What happens with me is the same as you: big dump from mast cells but comatose after benadryl or cyproheptadine.

interesting. seems the only way to know what is going on and how to address is extensive testing. why do allergists not do these tests for DAO, methylation, histamine, etc to see why a person has the issue in the first place. so ridiculous. hope this out of the box whom i was told does "really weird tests" can get to the bottom of why i cant live on earth and i can finally figure out how to address. looking at info on histamine related conditions and seeing yes could go either way. I hope it works out for you! I've found it impossible to get tests I want done so I no longer see any doctors or specialists.

I’m sorry you’re still dealing with this, Melissa. :( It is ridiculous that allergist aren’t doing extensive testing, but then I question how accurate most of the tests are. I was given the scratch test when I was experiencing pretty severe reactions like a blistering and bleeding mouth, total body hives, shortness of breath, diarrhea and headaches within minutes of consuming an offending food and my results came back negative, and so did my allergy blood test. I was reacting to pollinated foods so most fruit, herbs/flowers and honey.

I don’t have experience with this remedy but may try soon as I have some allergy issues: I’ve heard Ray in a couple interviews say he knew a doctor who gave allergy shots to patients. He advised them to take T3 with magnesium at same time which causes you to retain the magnesium better and after a week of this protocol they were cured of allergies. Wouldn’t hurt to try

Hm, don't you think it's endotoxin related? More I read about it, more I think it's a root of many health problems.

I will assume we are discussing seasonal allergies. Mine cleared up over time, and while I can’t say with absolute certainty which particular lifestyle change did it, I feel like what helped most was avoiding foods that are known to cause intolerance issue. Most of them weren’t even foods that I ever noticed a personal issue with, but when I cut it all out, my breathing overall improved and my allergies dissipated. I cut out conventional wheat, conventional dairy, soy, and peanuts. When I say conventional, I mean store-bought. I still use some sourdough einkorn, and A2 dairy direct from the farm.
While I never had a sever reaction to any of those foods, they would cause a little bit immediate phlegm and/or constipate me, the latter being something I think matters a lot for me personally as far as allergies. I imagine the overall load that the body is dealing with, and how long it’s in you, plays a big part.
I also became more disciplined in getting rid of household dust by getting rid of wall to wall carpeting, vacuuming my furniture, washing my drapes more often, and increasing the washing/turn over of bedding and throw blankets.

Melissa, have you done Idealabs' nail analysis?

I'd be curious to see if your tissue estrogen is elevated for some reason. As you know, estrogen's effect on mast cells is just wild. If not, I'd say let's get that done to plug in another piece of the puzzles.

I was thinking the same, histamine and estrogen are closely related so to speak, I think someone mentioned that histamine is one of the many 'arms' of estrogen.

You mentioned your hormones are great, is that from blood testing? Maybe there is excess tissue boung estrogen.

Good morning @Advocate2021. Sorry to hear about your plight with allergies to everything.
It made me think of Judy Mikovits talking about Suramin and it’s ability to calm the immune system. It is an old drug but being researched for this purpose. It might prove helpful since you have seemed to try everything else. Just a thought.

Perhaps a trial of stronger pharmaceutical safer anti estrogen or anti aromatase. I certainly don't have the answer but shedding more light on the issue will lead to a resolution...

I know you also tried hypnotherapy but perhaps it can be revisited from a slightly different angle through other methods or therapists.

It's heartwarming to see everyone trying to help you Melissa. You deserve to live an ailment free life. Don't give up. But also acknowledge that you are loved and despite the troubles, you are living a fulfilling life.
