Allergic Reaction Help

Past two days, experiencing hives. Benedryll staves it off but keeps returning.

No history of this.

Anything else I can do to stop this? Wth is going on.

1. Have you recently been exposed to a possible new allergen in your environment? Brushing past particular weeds/new laundry powder/scratchy woollen jersey/eaten something new/bitey insects/ ...?
If so, see if you can remove yourself from it.

2. Not sure what your hives are like, but last time I got a crazy-making rash, it was just a little supplementary zinc that solved it (20mg/week). Are you covering all basic micros?

3. Both sugar and salt can in some circumstances have antihistamine effect.

When I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic, Ray suggested caffeine and sugar. It worked wonderfully.
