As @TheSir pointed out, TSH can fluctuate a lot. I'd manage stress as best as possible and eat a nutrient dense diet to supply minerals for the thyroid to work optimally.Mine has been like 1.1 forever.
Now it's 2.5.
The only thing that changed is stress.
I don't want to take thyroid.
I don't want to be hypothyroid.
Might there be anything I can do?
