After your tsh starts going up, is there anything you can do to bring it back down or are you going to be hypothyroid?

Mine has been like 1.1 forever.

Now it's 2.5.

The only thing that changed is stress.

I don't want to take thyroid.

I don't want to be hypothyroid.

Might there be anything I can do?

Lowering methionine, tryptophan, cysteine, pufa. Taking coconut oil. Are these morning levels?

TSH reacts fluidly to stress. When the stressful period is over, your TSH should revert back, assuming that nothing about your metabolism has begun to malfunction in the meanwhile.

As @TheSir pointed out, TSH can fluctuate a lot. I'd manage stress as best as possible and eat a nutrient dense diet to supply minerals for the thyroid to work optimally.
