I recently tried 3 grams, didnt notice anything. I want to try a higher dose but since it can possibly cause bad insomnia for multiple days I only want to try it out during periods i dont have obligations

at least real fenclonin has an absolutely obvious effect. Also, to deplete the already toxic amino acids themselves, it is good to add taurine. At the same time, if you are worried about insomnia - the only possible cause here is the depletion of melatonin, you can add it before bed
