take 5mg of DHEA and 25mg of Progest-E every day.

Eat Peaty and avoid PUFAs and try for some periods of zero fat, a few days here and there, to further deplete PUFAs.

Use Pyrocet, 10 drops, every day.

Make sure to get a lot of sugar from orange juice and ripe fruit.

Fix hypothyroid by taking T4 and T3.

Live life with purpose.

Have lots of sexual intercourse with one you love, ejaculating rarely. Don't use any porn, avoid watching sex scenes on TV and try not to masturbate very often.

That's what I did. And it has been awesome. My T was always high but now it is probably higher (I don't check anymore due to an aversion to labs and medical procedures).

I think honestly porn has undone a whole generation of young people who wired their brains to it, without realizing the consequences. I think men my age in general, those who aren't on a dozen medications, probably have higher T than most young men. In fact I know that is true.

Buzzfeed young male editors had theirs tested (ng/dL)

The issue I have is higher estrogen. My estrone was a bit above normal when I tested it several years ago. I think the progesterone, and maybe eating just a bit less, helps that.

Sex is great for me and I feel a good driving libido at all times, varying a bit if I have ejaculated recently. Sometimes I take 1 drop of metergoline on my neck if I have ejaculated, to keep prolactin low, and I think this helps a lot to prevent post-O crash.
For 25mg Progest-E, how many drops does this roughly come out to? And have you found any difference when taken oral ,topically vs scortally?

is the 5mg DHEA just in powder form or in capsule, do you take orally?

What T4 and T3 did you take, did you need prescription?

Have you implemented any exercise/strength training during these improvements, or where you already doing some?

I’ve seen many men use this method very successfully. Bot jus

topical.

I have used this method and I know when my T is high. I can tell. And I have given this method to many men who have used it successfully. Georgy has discussed it's efficacy on several of the Danny Roddy calls. But please do not attack me with snide and sarcastic statements. I don't appreciate it. Just ignore if you think I'm full of it.

Oh right, you already told me in another thread. Belly button or a specific spot that is hurting, I remember now. Thanks again.

Do you think this could be behavioural? As an adaptive response to your life, environment, or something like that. To my understanding estrone is converted T, its like the T being made aggressive (maybe for a necessary reason)

it could be. But I was hypothyroid and loaded with PUFAs for so long. I ate a pound of pistachios and two avocados a day sometimes. I'm about 6 years past that and I feel that my PUFAs have largely depleted. I am finding my temps are really good now. I think that may lower my estrone levels.

I've actually realized my T is too high and that it aromatizes and raises estrogen. I feel that based upon what happens with erections and sex. I'm trying to get out of that cycle.

Progest-E doesn't come out as drops. It's kind of a short line, maybe 5 drops.

I use the DHEA in powder form weighed with a scale but then using my eye to estimate.

I use Cynoplus. You theoretically need a prescription.

I have been lately doing wind sprints which are great but no other workout.

Would you mind sharing where you source them from if possible? Interested in trying DHEA, Progest-E, and Cyno.

Progesterone is really helping me sleep. This is a game changer, I haven't slept properly for years but now I wake up and feel somewhat refreshed. I drown myself in progesterone cream before bed and sleep like a log (well at least better than before). It's hard to maintain good testosterone production with CFS/exercise intolerance and consistently shitty sleep... I hope this will help.
I'm assuming you use topical progesterone? If so, which product do you use? And where do you apply it? Are you male? (Sorry for so many questions lol!)

Thanks.

Thanks.

Yes correct! I apply progestogel to belly button, wrists and throat. Use it quite liberally, maybe 20-50 mg? Not sure how much get absorbed but I use enough until I get a very pleasant, sedative effect. Works way better than pregnenolone for relaxation, at least that's my experience.

I am a male and can confirm progesterone is great stuff.

Yeah I'm actually surprised at how much it helped, didn't have very high expectations as most supplements do nothing for me. Progesterone has also made me feel hotter at the same thyroid dosage (1 grain). @SonOfEurope has written some awesome posts on the benefits of progesterone for men.

Thank you, will check them out for sure ?

I was always under the impression that progesterone isn’t that great for men, and rather pregnenolone is the preferred route to take ?‍♂️?

Let me get this straight: you are giving advice based on assumptions, which will never become certainties as you are scared of needles.

Fair summary?

I'd put it more like he is giving advice based on symptoms, and he is feeling really good and better than before in ways that indicate improved T levels.

When I first arrived here, @ecstatichamster wasn't feeling this great. He was still working out issues. You can literally trace from past posts how his health is soaring.

How would he know the feel good sensation is from increased T and not a dozen other things, without bloodword?
