Advice On Labs, Suffering From Diffuse Hair Loss And Pains

Hey all, just got some labs on my thyroid, will be getting some on my adrenal hormones and the rest of my thyroid.

My t4 levels were 13.5

and my tsh levels were 2.2.

I heard my tsh i quite high not sure what my t4 levels mean, would like some advice.
