Advice for poly cystic ovaries pcos

Hey, I have been diagnosed with pcos and symptoms are no periods, acne and scans show cystic ovaries. I live in UK and looking for a good source of Myo inositol as heard it will help, also heard thyroid supplements might be helpful. Can anyone please advice on what supplements to take and where to buy please?
