So I have been on T3 for 2 months. My temps are very unstable and I get tired a lot. Also I look like I am puffy and not losing very much weight. I have read this could mean exhausted adrenals.
Also not clear if all this coffee, cheese and sugar is good for me.
I feel like I need support and get super confused by all the advice online that contradicts.
Any advice?

Eat balanced meals.
Macros 40/30/30. C/F/P.
Eat frequently.
Eat enough.
Keeping stable blood sugar is important so your adrenals don't have to pick up doing that work.

Two months isn't very long.
So much of Peat is trial and error and quite individual.

How do you feel after your meals?
If not satiated or warm, they are not the right foods, nor the right balance, nor the right frequency....or some combo.

Getting the basics....
Low PUFA, easy to digest fruits and or roots, carrot salad, calcium phosphate ratio, good protein....
So easy to get caught in the details.
Concentrate on diet (I would even say avoid supplements) for six months.

As much as i enjoy lots of liquid, I think stable blood sugar and subsequent goof temps are achieved better with solid foods.

Keep exploring.
There is no one size fits all from what I have observed.
But for you...you may simply need to eat more to keep stable blood sugar....
