Hello Everyone

First off there is no such thing as diet (even though this question is under diet) I call it a change in lifestyle. Anyway, when I did this change and still am it wasn't easy for me and still a little bit of a struggle but have seen better improvement, of course and for someone that was considered a sugar junkie (candy mostly) is nicely enjoying this change but still adjusting, more reading needed, but I seen my body go through changes when making foods changes which I didnt have to change much. My thing was sugar is good not bad, anyway in the beginning you want to give up, well I did, I just needed to slow down. I had alot of hormonal fluctuations, not good haha I went from just WHATEVER to give me a hug h lol  I need to read and understand what ray is saying and put it into food form and go slow even if your way of eating is close to what he is saying. I at this piont personal not as strict with some things but my main focus is staying away from PUEF

How about your change.

Thank you

Welcome, beachbum!

It is sad, to me, that the dogma on this forum is so intense that
you feel it necessary to state before all else
that
not only is there no Peat diet
but
there is no such thing as a diet at all!!

That said:
there is a Peat diet
so don't be bamboozled.
If you explore these pages you will get the hang of it.
Staying away from PUFA is a great start!
