Because of Dr. Peat's observations about Vitamin K and high blood pressure, I want to add Vitamin K to my regime but I am hesitating. I am a little leery of Vitamin K since it seems pretty powerful. What are good levels to start off with and what brand is a good one?

I use Thorne K2. Each drop has 1 milligram. I take one drop per day.

I had an awful experience with Carlson, I think due to its silica content.

Do you feel any affects from it? I read Charlie saying she had a problem. Anything upsetting?

I think Charlie had a problem but he was taking 15 drops per day and also doing other things at the time.

I feel high if I take high doses, so I just take 1 mg. I don't know if I feel anything at this dose, but there are studies showing it has great benefits, such as reversing arterial calcification rats, Ray Peat considers it anti-estrogenic, so I just trust it's beneficial.

Lol, don't worry. I've done plenty of Charlie with other stuff besides Vitamin K. That's why I am now smart enough to ask this question.
