Nice. I have been using 20x50 mesh charcoal for many months now. It has performed flawlessly.

Great question! I've never used a product like this and only brought it on because of requests. Since it is granular you may be able to just dump a scoop under your tongue and chase it down with water or whatever you like. You could also pack your own caps. I would pose the question to the community as far as dose.

I've got finer powder than this, but next time I'll probably go for the more granular option.
I'm guessing you can take it the same way. I mix the powder thoroughly to a slurry with water buy shaking it up well in a glass bottle with a well-sealing lid. Then drink it. The taste is mild and inoffensive to me.
Brush your teeth before you go out, and wear dark coloured undies for a day or two. :)

I took 6 capsules (260 mg each) of a fine powder (Country Life brand) the other night and hardly noticed anything.

Is such a method considered indubitably inferior?

(Then again, perhaps the awesomeness known as Pansterone could have clouded - or fudged, you might say - the results a bit.)

It will not dissolve in water, that is the point of the granular product. It is also further purified with an acid wash to harden it and increase its ability to absorb toxins. The general census and demand from forum members was for a granular AC because of concerns about persorption.
