Is activated carbon the same thing as charcoal?
Amazon product ASIN B0721QSNQH I bought something similar to this but whilst scrubbing it with a brush to clean it the bristles went a grey ish colour as if it was rubbing off.
I think activated carbon is safe but it can prevent nutrient absorption right? Would it have to touch what I was cooking to have that effect or could particles settle on the food whilst cooking?
