ACNE???!?!?

Today I woke up, went to the toilet to do my thing and then saw four (4) big acne spots looking at me. I've been on a peat diet for about a month now, feeling great.

But.

What is this acne doing? I've never had acne really in my life and im over my teens. Can one get acne from this diet?

Sometimes that happens when the metabolism speeds up and you are burning all your Vitamin A up. Have you been eating any liver for Vitamin A?

I had some liver yesterday actually but it tasted like a barn so I didn't eat that much.
