I have heard there is a device that measures the bracho-radialis and converts to an Achilles equivalent through a computer program. Can one of these instruments be purchased for a reasonable price? Please provide any phone numbers or websites.

I'm not sure how much it costs, but it seems to be pitched as a device for giving alternative medical offices a service at around $60 a session, and it's sold by contacting their sales department. So I bet the device is pretty expensive. Maybe there's a used market though?

I've been too lazy to try this, but I think you could get similarly-accurate timing by using a smartphone camera in slow motion mode, and counting how many frames elapse during the relaxation.
