Acetylcholine Testosterone

hey guys,

I'm trying to find a substance that would selectively block the nicotic receptors but NOT the muscarinic receptors (speaking in terms of raising ones own testosterone). I'd prefer the substance to be as natural as possible but synthetic is also helpful. So far the only nicotic receptor antagonist I know about is caffeine.
