Accurate Heavy Metal Testing?

It would be nice to know if heavy metal exposure in the past could be affecting the current state of affairs. Peat suggests it is a cause of leaky gut, for example. Is heavy metal testing accurate? Wouldn't it accumulate in untestable tissues (brain, liver, etc)?

Good question, I had this test but not a follow up with the doctor yet-

only way is biopsy...hair tests can measure mobilization of metals to a certain degree.

Why are you sure that this urine test is useless?
I will 1st have organix test, and thenn was thinnking of heavy metal test as well...
but would not do it if useless!

@michael94, where can you order a biopsy to test for metals? I've done hair mineral analysis before and would like to see if this would be more comprehensive.
