I recently had this blood gas test done and have some abnormal results. I am worrying as my doctor is not available to discuss these results and don't know what they mean... serious or not.. Would really appreciate any insight.

Please don’t panic. It looks like your blood sample was mishandled and the test needs to be redone. In my experience it was most likely not analyzed in a timely manner which caused the abnormal reading. If that was a true result you wouldn’t be posting this right now. This isn’t medical advice of course.

If those results were reported there should be some disclaimer and some notations for the out of range values. @Blossom is correct that it should be repeated.

Correct.
Don’t panic.
Mishandled.
Repeat if you trust your practitioner.
