The exercises are hard to explain over text but you can figure out how to open and close by looking in a mirror and opening it in a way that doesn't cause the popping and just doing that as well as you can over and over everyday until it becomes your normal.I see… what moves did he recommend to you? I have had popping for months and I can’t stand it lol.
I’m also taking magnesium now so hopefully that helps too.
