I came across this very interesting Korean paper that very much scores points for the toxic stress hypothesis of misnamed and misnomered HIV/AIDS.

What's interesting about the VOCs that they mention is that toluene is heavily implicated in the gay fastlane lifestyle behavior straight out of Stonewall and into the the 1980s. People like John Lauritsen and Mark Conlan talk about this toxic factor.

This paper is showing how exosomes biomark these toxicants. Essentially these toxins(not an exoviral agent) are what induce Gallo positivity and eventually what is called aids. My own view is that what is called HIV/AIDS is really a bioenergetic morphostatic breakdown triggered by oxidation as well as thymus/thyroid breakdown. These VOCs are part of an overall oxidation process as the Perth Group correctly predicts.

When you combine the ideas of The Perth Group, Jamie Cunliffe and Ray Peat with assists from papers such as the above you begin to see a much clearer picture of what this actual infection and disease is. I think Gallo and Montangier did discover something but it was likely an endogenous derivative of exosomal processes. There probably is some kind of infection(of toxic disease vesicles) but it is what I would call a broad quantitative infection not a singular acute qualitative one.

These external toxins are never mentioned as PRIMARY causes of AIDS or immunosuppression, only as secondary causes. Even though drugs like Benzos and Opiates have been known to suppress the immune system for decades.

Ray Peat often talks how Cortisol destroys the thymus. And HIV+ people have higher Cortisol levels: Elevated cortisol levels in whole saliva in HIV infected individuals. - PubMed - NCBI

Obviously HIV+ people have higher exposure to toxins and higher internal/external stress: it must be extremely stressful to be told you have a terminal illness. The stress of having an incurable illness is probably enough to progress the disease state.

Also I've seen personally T-Cells drop from 1000 to 600 in the span of a few days. It's likely that the CD4/T-Cell test is just a snapshot of T-cells at the time of the blood test.
In addition, only 2% of T-Cells reside in the blood.

Current HIV Paradigm: Take your HIV drugs and everything will be fine.

IT's just an extension of the old "Pill for Everything" mentality and ideology our society has - **** eating healthy now, I will just take a pill when I get older.

It also allows reckless and promiscuous gay men to continue their abhorrent behavior (which is a threat to PUBLIC HEALTH). It basically invalidates any sovereignty the individual may have and takes control away from them regarding their health. HIV becomes a "luck of the draw" situation and even if you do get it, you can always take the meds and everything will be fine because the medication will keep you live long enough to die of liver cancer from the medication's hepatotoxicity.

I'm fine with promiscuity as long as it's done in a sustainable manner. If you are going to desecrate the temple learn how to clean it up. I'm down for high sex Dionysian cultures, those are the people I prefer to hang out with. There does need to be a reckoning every now and then with what intoxication can lead to. The 70s fast lane lifestyle was a great expression of excess however it's probably time to give up the meth cocaine and poppers at least to those unsustainable levels. The real problem with post aids gay culture is that they never came to terms with the consequences of the fast lane lifestyle. By all means remember it fondly but be honest about the toxicological after affects. The unfortunate thing is that baby boom gay men wanted to believe in a killer virus and the resulting belief is that all other expressions of 70s like no fear sexuality has been held in check. I'm reminded of Bill Hickses skit on 'when they cure aids', well that reality could be now simply by realizing that 'HIV/AIDS' was only ever a toxicological manifestation that needed a functional set of healing factors and adjustments(not necessarily an end) to excessive sexuality. In porn for instance you have testing combined with an increased practice of wholefood consumption among the performers. It's that reason that you don't see 'aids' breaking out left and right. Condoms can also play a role.

It's really just a matter of acknowledgement and adjustment to what the actual reality of 'HIV/AIDS' is which is toxicological and stress based.
