A mix of freshly squeezed orange juice and shop bought

I wasn't quite sure what to title this thread?

Anyway, I'm very new to this and still finding my way. At the moment I am having 5 or 6 meals per day. Each meal starts off with a freshly squeezed orange without the pulp, into a mug and then topped up with the orange juice that I get from the supermarket. Should I really be using more fresh oranges and less of the shop bought juice or do you think this is ok?

If you can do all fresh squeezed OJ, then I think that would be optimal.

I haven't tried, but I imagine it'd be impractical. Problems include transporting a lot of oranges (how many do you need to do just 1L?) and time juicing it. I'm guessing the latter can optimized by doing one big juice in the morning and storing a bottle in the fridge for the day.

I juice once a day, enough to last the day.
