A Hello From Juniper!

I've been a long time lurker and finally decided to create an account. I came across Ray Peat's writings back around 2008 while looking into thyroid health. Life has been a long road for me since then, and while I believe my overall health needs a lot of work, if I hadn't come across Ray Peat when I did, I believe I would be in much worse shape than I currently am. While I will most likely remain a lurker (I prefer "reader" ;-), just wanted to say thank you everyone for all the postings and discussions!
