Any Peater's here have experience with 7Keto DHEA metabolite.

Supposed to increase metabolism and Immunity via boosting T3

Or is simply supplementing DHEA with either Progesterone or Pregnenolone the way to go???

Increases metabolism but the effects wore off rather quickly. Only took it for a week.
I feel way better on 2x50mg pregnenolone + 2x5mg DHEA.
