5ht2b Antagonist

hi im looking for what would be the safest 5ht2b antagonist in terms of preventing cardiac fibrosis through 5ht2b agonism. ive came across saprogrelate,ketanserin,metadoxine,yohimbine,cyproheptadine and others. there is something bad with all of them though. which would be the safest and does not have to be one i mentioned
