I used to put it on my arms, but had to roll my sleeves up. I tried the drops on my forehead but eight drops was quite a lot to rub in.

So you are taking 16 drops split into 2 doses once a week?

At the moment, yes...but I am experimenting...I want to take high dose ADEK once a week...at the moment though I supplement 3 days oral (other brands) and one day the 2 Estroban doses sublingually. I think to get the doses I am after I will have to go oral w the different brands ADEK.
