2700 K Lighting Meaning All The Colors With A Led Verus Red Led Ligth

Red led light is not as bright lumen wise as a 3000k full spectrum lighting but u dont get blue light. My question is do you mess out by not getting orange light or is the just red at lower lumens superior?
