"I am a bit sensitive I sweat small stuff more than I used to I have struggled with depression/lack of motivation but don't know why. it started when I was about 15. "

The root of your situation may not be physiological/biological but may lie in your beliefs and thinking. It is quite common to seek a purely physical solution to a problem that lies at the level of the mind ... I know, I have been there.

I agree, I think it's a combination of physiological as well as emotions/beliefs. When I was young like 3/4 years old I have bad constipation and gut problems (possibly serotonin?) I have been to physiologists for low mood and iritability but they don't seem to know why I feel that way randomly. I personally think I have some underlying health issues but that shouldn't stop me or anyone else for that matter for taking responsibility for their actions/emotions etc.

Emotions and beliefs can certainly influence your body in very extreme ways but In my experience one's health influences emotions and beliefs more than the other way around. Just my 2 cents: I think your problem might be a lack of light and sun exposure (as its the main regulator of libido and mood). Ray speaks of darkness as a stress with no equivalent. In fact I think he said that a cause of human mortality (or rather a cause of not being immortal) is a lack of light exposure. For the visual benefits of light (increased androgens, better mood, higher libido, more thyroid) a white light therapy box would work. But sun exposure on the skin is many times more beneficial for mood and libido.

I think light is important for me but I still feel tired even after getting lots of sunshine, but it certainly improves things.

I've gone and bought this infrared light to see if I can get some better temps in mornings.Beurer IL 50 Infrared heat lamp 300W: Amazon.co.uk: Health & Personal Care

I had a similar issue with cold penis, low libido, and meh erections even after 6 months of peating.

Sleeping warm without underwear and doing hindu squats have given me the kind of erections I've had only a few times in my life.

Vitamin A has done wonders for me getting attracted to girls.

I swear by health natura 15000 UI per drop, topically. I take 3 to 6 drops. Better than idealans imo and cheaper.

Add some vitamin K2 (idealabs topicaly). 2-3 drops.

Add gonadin if K2 doesnt do enough for you (I take that orally for some reason). 8 drops.

If that all doesnt work, add andosterone (idealabs). 2-3 drops topically

I get hard and already loose pre fluid by wachting my girlfriend taking off her clothes. Not even touching her. (noted my girlfriend is amazing and super hot).

god, no wonder we hate doctors. If you're 21 and your T isn't on the high range there is a quite a big problem they should be concerned with and try to fix.
I was 21 and had a total T of 299, they never addressed it. I haven't had a libido in 18 years

This might have been covered, but have you ever taken an SSRI/antidepressant?

My problems existed before I ever used an antidepressant. I was only on Effexor 150 mg for 6 months, and Mirtazepine. That was ten years ago and I haven't touched Psychiatric meds since. I recall always being low Testosterone in my early 20's. Doctors never wanted to address it. They said my levels were slightly below normal and treatment wasn't warranted. LMAO! Yeah, slightly below normal for an 89 year old male ! I was in my twenties.

Honestly, I can't take feeling depressed anymore. I'd only be willing to try bupropion for that. No SSRI. Tianeptine is to complicated to obtain.

Bupropion is related to Cathinone, or the main alkaloid and phenylethylamine in the African shrub, Khat.

True story, before I started Peating, I started taking MCT oil and woke up with rock hard erections.

Since Peating, eating Selenium via 2 Brazil nuts a day has my libido highly active (be careful, all you will think about is sex).

I imagine lowering estrogen with a raw carrot and less fibre helped me too.

Also, I stopped watching porn years ago.

Last thing, you need to feel sexy. Cut your hair, shave, cut your nails, get clothes you love and throw out ones you wear because of some reasonable reason. You must exude sexy and you will see a difference. I promise.

I'm suffering from severe turtling of the penis also, same with the complete lack of libido. I mean I mean my lil guy is trying to retract completely into my body especially when I'm walking around. No idea why, been like this since nitrofurantoin for a "suspected non sex transmitted uti". I can't figure out if its smoking, my fatty liver, low thyroid, the antibiotics, gut bacteria or all of them combined lol.

are you taking thyroid to control estrogen? Are you taking some serotonin blockers ?

Is serotonin significant for the control of penile flaccidity and detumescence in the human male?

Abstract

For more then 15 years, there has been speculation on the significance of serotonergic pathways in the control of male sexual function, especially in the maintenance of penile flaccidity and the initiation of detumescence. However, only a few in vivo studies on peripheral serotonergic transmission have been carried out. The aim of the present study was to evaluate further the effects of serotonin (5-HT) on isolated human erectile tissue and to detect serum levels of 5-HT in the systemic and cavernous blood taken during different penile conditions from healthy males. The effects of 5-HT on isolated human corpus cavernosum (HCC) were investigated using the organ bath technique. A total of 41 healthy, adult male subjects were exposed to erotic stimuli in order to elicit penile tumescence and rigidity. Whole blood was simultaneously aspirated from the corpus cavernosum and the cubital vein during different penile conditions. Serum levels of 5-HT (ng/ml) were determined by means of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The cumulative addition of 5-HT (0.001-10 microM) induced contraction in the isolated HCC strips. The contractile response was abolished in the presence of 5-HT(1alpha)-receptor antagonist NAN-190. No attenuating effect of 5-HT was observed on electrically induced relaxation of the tissue. Moreover, amplitudes of relaxation remained unaltered in the presence of NAN-190. In the healthy volunteers, a significant increase in 5-HT levels was detected in the cavernous serum from flaccidity (113+/-62) to tumescence and rigidity (140+/-69 and 141+/-54, respectively), followed by a decrease in the detumescence phase (123+/-79). Changes in 5-HT levels in the systemic serum were less pronounced. Under all penile conditions, systemic 5-HT levels were higher than those registered in the cavernous serum. Although 5-HT does not appear to be involved in postsynaptic transmission in the human corpus cavernosum, our results may provide evidence for a physiological significance of 5-HT in the control of penile flaccidity and detumescence. Thus, our findings may give a rationale for the use of 5-HT antagonists in the pharmacotherapy of erectile dysfunction.

Nope never taken thyroid, no serotonin blockers either. I'm starting to think of 2 years daily 300-600mg aspirin might be having an effect. I've been in a state of extreme stress over the last two years so the serotonin should be high right? Unless I've somehow tanked it with my daily regimen.
