At the moment i do some research about histamine intolerance and read that ginger and garlic are great histamine blockers and a mast cell stabilizers.
Do someone have these experiences?
Do you take pure garlic/ginger as a supplement if you have a histamine attack?

Also i wondering how people with histamine intolerance reaction on milk.
Do you react differently on raw milk, UTH milk, whole milk, skim milk, etc?

Different websites telling opposite things (one say milk has histamine, other say not)
So its hard to find out what it is.

i have some histamine-intolerance and i experimenting with some milk at the moment but not sure yet what to think about it. its lot of trail and error if its becomes to milk.

I have horrible reactions to ginger, garlic, and turmeric - all of which are supposedly helpful for histamine intolerance. As far as dairy goes, my understanding is that it is cultured dairy (cheese, yogurt) that contains histamine, not uncultured dairy ( milk, cream). However, even milk and cream cause congestion for me.
