19M Athletic Healthy with ED

Hi all, wanted to make a post to try to get some insight. It has been around 6months since I had this problem. Before that I could be erect for hours, had intense morning wood and libido.
Since then I have had no morning wood, soft erections, and low libido. I will add some more information to give more background. I just want to go back to how I was before.

1. 5months ago I did a blood test and had testosterone level of : 740ng/dl, and estradiol level of : 140pg/Ml (range was max 42). 1month later things were better and i had 850ng/dl test and 74ng/dl estradiol. 1 month later (in aug 2020)I felt amazing. I had so much sex drive and morning wood but i didnt take a blood test as I thought it was cured. However It came back and recently I had a blood test and the results were : testosterone 930ng/dl and estrogen 19ng/dl.

2. I used to run (marathons) and do a lot of sports. However since lockdown I have been doing very little. I started lifting again recently but no improvement.

3. I used to watch P*** 3-4x a day. I think I had an an addiction (and I watched some weird things), I often tried to stop but couldnt last more than a day. Only when I got this problem I tried to stop properly. The "problem" was that its easy for me to quit p*** now. I can easily go 1week without watching which tells me that something is different than the times before that I couldnt stop for a day

4. I took sarms (Rad140) when I was 17. I thought the ED was due to this, but since I recovered in september (and finished my last cycle in march) I think it has nothing to do with this.

5. I had a bacterial infection (i think) on my p**** right after my problem got fixed. I remember one day in particular my tip was extremely painful just to touch. Its better now; but maybe that has a lasting effect.

6. I am 6`4 around 80kg. Sporty with a 4pack. Not overweight

7. I currently take modafinil, Caffeine, and vitamin D supplements

Anyone can guide me into the right direction? After half a year of living like this I just want to go back to how i was before. Thanks and good luck to all struggling with similar issues. I know there are many tools in my arsenal (I am going to follow: Leo and Longevity - protocol for rock hard erections); but I would want to fix the underlying issue first :) . I am reading some of @Hans posts and I feel very optimistic that this can be fixed

Someone will know more about your numbers but i do know if you've crashed your estrogen that can cause ED

People will rubbish this and try to get you to take some sort of pharma drug, I'm sure. But, if you have been into extreme porn and watching it 3-4x a day, then normal life and sensations can be underwhelming and not promote the correct "responses." You need the extreme porn to get an erection.

I would say your best bet is to stop all porn for months. Read about accounts of people stopping it and how long it takes for the brain to rewire, it will work eventually but it takes time.

You are too young to be messing about with pharmaceuticals and hormones. At your age you will be able to recover from anything as long as you don't do anything too extreme or stupid.

Modafinil also effects libido.

I just finished reading @Hans article "Erectile dysfunction Part 1: the solution for your neurotransmitters".

Very interesting stuff. this year has been terrible for me, and a big adjustment from my previous life (I moved from home to study and have been stuck in lockdown). Lots of anxiety (its a loop, I get anxious from ED ->higher stress ->more ED ->more stress).

Just going to take it easy :) No porn , and focus on getting everything back on track hollistically.

Regarding drugs; I have ordered some tadalafil (cialis). Seems like a great drug, but I am not going to use it until I get everything under control.

I think this has something to do with my neurotransmitters and mental wellbeing.
I realise I am not happy at all, compared to before when I was the happiest guy alive. Need to address my internal issues (Doctor also said while doing the exam he feels that I am tensed and something inside me is off).

Taking Vitamin D and probably going to supplement aspirin aswell also

I also have oral thrush, scalp with acne, and itchy body. I have brain fog, depression, and low energy.
I felt really good for some time while doing carnivore diet and high dose iodine, but then I crashed badly.

Could I have candida overgrowth?

Other information which may or may not be important:
1. Ive had athletes foot all my life (pretty severe), but it never bothered me since it never hurt. Its gone now since I dont do sports anymore
2. I drank 4+ beers daily (usually 6) for almost half a year.
3. I had insane thirst and peed very very frequently
4. I have bad scalp acne and mild itching all over
5. I have low energy, mood swings, no libido (no morning wood and bad EQ also)
6. After taking iodine (anti fungal and anti bacterial) and eating low sugar i felt fantastic and had strong strong erections (few minutes after dosing), but I crashed badly from this.

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to help me out :) Its deeply appreciated

try eating a raw carrot every day, grate it horizontally and put olive oil and distiller white vinegar on it, might help with gut bacteria.

Thanks for the feedback! I will eat the following salad daily
2 grated carrots
1 spoon coconut oil
2 crushed garlic and grated ginger
tumeric powder
and some honey mustard :oops:

I will probably take some antibiotics or antifungal medictions

I am now 100% sure that I have a local bacterial infection: Trichomycosis (on my genital area)

Im assuming this is a symptom of the larger bacterial problem I have. Could someone chime in with a relatively safe antibiotic protocole? I prefer to do something systemic rather than localized, since I believe it is a larger issue.

I imagine you're going through a lot of emotional stuff with all that going on. Might be worth some proper coaching/therapy more than any new drug or supplement.

I'm not sure about the actual antibiotic for that specific issue, but I have read on the forum about people using Idealabs Camphosal in place of anti-biotics. Maybe worth looking at that?

You probably just overworked yourself way too much, and use modafinil/caffeine to hide the feelings when in fact you need more rest and food to recover properly. I know a few people mention when they take too much vitamin D their libido suffers, but as long as you have not been taking high doses chronically I doubt thats a problem.

You should not be running marathons even now if you want to be healthy long term (libido and overall health wise). This is extremely stressful to the body.

You need to be mindful of overexercising. It will increase stress hormones especially elevating norepinephrine (sympathetic overactivation) which makes erections weak, lowers libido. Excess stress from exercise lowers dopamine, androgens, and could easily lead to lack of morning wood like this and will generally deplete you of nutrients.

Getting more choline via eggs and meat(for Acetylcholine, important for erections and antagonizing sympathetic nervous system), taking a multivitamin and B-complex, and overall eating a balanced diet of whole foods. Protein and fats from meat, seafood, eggs, and dairy, carbs from potatoes/rice, fruits, etc... And most important don't over-exercise.

Vitamin A can also help lower excess adrenal activity. I would try taking 10,000 IU of vitamin A with your last meal daily along with some cholesterol rich food (eggs or meat) and carbs.
