I used google translate, there may be errors in the text. The blood serum analysis is attached below (magnesium is high because I forgot not to take magnesium supplements before testing).

Introduction
I have been following the forum for about 1 year, but have not found a solution for myself.
19 years old male, 5'6 height, 126-132 lbs (depends on glycogen and water retention). Lost weight from 163 pounds to 126 after trying to restore health with the "all in" method, but got even more problems: joint pain, a little gyno, sweating, apathy, depression, etc. No fap and no porn because I have no libido 90 percent of the day. The erection is worse than before, but with 5-10 mg of Cialis in the morning on the day of sex (it's not regular and I'm talking about sex), everything is fine.

The main problem
Now I have been suffering from insomnia since April of this year. I don't sleep at all at night. It turns out to sleep during the day for 3-4 hours, but the sleep is unsatisfactory. All my devices have flux. I have tried avoiding any blue light and gadgets 1-2 hours before bed. I tried walking right before going to bed, eating before bed, not eating for 3-4 hours, magnesium, glycine - nothing helps. I have a comfortable room temperature, a good bed, pillow, moderate darkness, silence, and so on. I don't think that's the issue, as I used to be able to fall asleep at a party sober with no problem.

Physical activity and exercise
I can no longer tolerate training, walking 20 thousand steps (from 0 to 10 thousand now). When exercising, I feel dizzy, very fast heartbeat and nausea (previously trained 3 times a week, pull-ups 5 sets to failure with 5 minutes rest between sets + every day 30 quality slow burpees with high jumps and of course walking 10 miles / 20 thousand steps).
The weight remained in the same range, but the quality of the body changed towards puffiness and lack of muscle tone. Now there are no six pack, muscle definition and so on.
I've tried reducing the training volume by 50 percent and lowering the intensity by removing failure sets, but it didn't work.
Now I don't exercise at all.

Clarifying details
I stopped drinking coffee, but I still use nicotine, before it did not affect sleep. I use vaping only for appetite control, because now even when I smoke, I constantly want to eat.
Without nicotine, I get headaches, weakness, irritability, a sucking pain in my stomach, and indomitable hunger and appetite. I usually get 10-20mg of salt nicotine through vaping. I do not use alcohol, weed or other drugs. Didn't take supplements on a regular basis.
I used to be a competitive boxer, training 5 times a week for 2 hours + every day pull-ups, push-ups, plank 20-30 minutes a day. It's been over a year since I stopped boxing training. I was tired of having to get into a weight class that didn't suit me physically (123.5 lbs). Constantly felt tired, dizzy, cold. Then there were small problems with sleep, such as falling asleep for a long time and I got up 3-4 times to go to the toilet. I had no erections and no sex drive for 6 months while I was boxing. Generally.
Because of my symptoms, I went to a psychiatrist and then to a psychotherapist. Took SSRIs for about 4 months. I stopped taking them because because of them I had no sports aggression and desire to train. After I stopped taking Prozac, my average weight dropped from 132 pounds to 128 (although I ate more and my boxing workouts didn't change).

Diet
I have problems with grains such as intestinal pain, increased hunger and appetite, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain and weight gain. Tried wheat, oats, rice, etc. Rice is the best for me, but it kills libido, makes me even more puffy and tired.
I also have a problem with dairy products. Stuffy nose, constipation, depression, I want to close myself in the room from everyone and not leave the house at all, weight gain and hunger with appetite. But I haven't tried raw milk yet. I'm afraid it will bring back these symptoms again, but it's worth a try. At the age of 15, I perfectly absorbed store-bought fermented milk products in large quantities, for example, 500 grams of cottage cheese, 100-200 grams of sour cream and 500 ml of kefir per day without the symptoms that I have now.
All my food intolerance problems started after I tried a raw fruit diet and veganism. This took about 1 year. From 15 to 16-16.5 years. Did it to cure my dermatitis because the doctors couldn't help me. Vegetarianism didn't work for me. My atopic dermatitis and dyshidrosis went away on their own at the 18 years.
After trying keto and carnivore with IF (16/8, 18/6, 20/4, 23/1) I went from 124-132 lean pounds to 143 fat and swollen pounds. Unfortunately, I have repeated this many times and now my biggest weight in my life is 163 lbs. I really don't want to gain this weight again, but my appetite and hunger are hellish. At 17 I could eat 3000-3500 calories a day and not gain weight and had no fluid retention, although my activity was not high (no more than 10k steps and 3 workouts per week in the gym). I don't think it's because I stopped growing, because I haven't grown since I was 15.
Now, in order to reduce, but not eliminate, fluid retention and other symptoms, I eat foods that I can tolerate better. Raw beef (usually minced meat 88% lean), fruits (grapes, plums, oranges, but most often local raw honey), salt, mineral water or tap water (we don't have fluoridation and I use little water 100-500 ml) , now added organic cocoa.
On average: at least 500 grams of beef, 300 grams of honey or the same amount of carbohydrates from fruits, 5 grams of salt, 10-20 grams of cocoa. I usually eat 3 times a day. All food for the day is divided into three meals.
I started drinking magnesium citrate 500 mg a day in the evenings. I feel relaxed and slightly drunk, but it does not help me fall asleep. Once in this state I lay all night with my eyes closed and did not fall asleep.

Conclusion
This year I entered the university at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. I will need to do boxing again, as this is the only direction that suits me at this university. Classes at the uni starts on September 1st, and I haven't slept well in 4 months. What should I do?
The results of the leptin, free testosterone, aldosterone and reticulocytes tests will be ready in a few days, then I will attach them here.

Thank you all for your attention. Denis.

I’d start by eating more frequently, like every 3 hours. I destroyed my insomnia by doing that, making sure you eat a carb & protein with every meal. It’s takes a bit of food prep but it’s worth it. Balancing the blood sugar is an important piece of the puzzle I think. I was a competitive boxer too and the training is brutal. Definitely stop training if possible and switch to chill out mode. Taking nice walks every day in nature does wonders for your mental health. Also switching off all screens at least an hour before bed and reading a good book is a very useful sleep aid.

Yes in the tissues. They can be dangerously high even when serum is low. It can often happen if you reached a weight that is too low for your body and genetics or if you lost fat in a stressful manner
Thanks for the clarification, my normal weight is 110-125 lbs, which was my pre-vegetarian and food experimentation weight. I have a genetic predisposition to be lean and thin, there are no overweight people in my family. My dad weighs 132-136 pounds and is 5'9 tall. During the summer, I eat more fruits and fiber accordingly, I hope this helps.

Thank you Andrew, I've been walking in nature every day for a long time, it saves me from thoughts of suicide, it's nice to know that someone has already cured what I suffer from now. I will definitely try your advice and the advice of other people. I do not have any other choice.

I ate 2000 calories, 20% protein, 30% fat and the rest carbs. I lost 31 pounds in 3 months (February to May). Walking at least 20k steps helped a lot. Raw ground beef, raw local honey, oranges were my main food.

You should try 1-2 mg of 11-keto-DHT, it will effect your mental state, also 10-meo-harmalan.

Shifting your mental state is the first thing to do imo if your feeling suicidal, if your taking supplements like BCAA's I would stop them, they can effect dopamine.

Hey Drreg. I didn't take any supplements. I take magnesium 500 mg for two days. I don't quite understand where I can get 11-keto-DHT. Saw 10-meo-harmalan on idealabs. For me it will be very expensive.

Remember that your mind can play tricks on you when feeling depressed and suicidal. It was helpful for me to realize that ruminating on negative thoughts can actually be a symptom of dysfunctional metabolism. Remembering this can allow for some space and ability to breath if things feel overwhelming. One small thing also, I think Ray Peat says magnesium citrate is irritating to the intestine.

No matter how bad I feel, I know that God is with me and will never leave me. I've been thinking about suicide since I was 13. Dermatitis destroyed me mentally and physically. Every day to see scratched wounds with blood that hurt and it all looks like I'm a walking corpse. I planned to kill myself with opioids and/or hanging a year ago, but I didn't. Because my family needs me. And I need them.
Thanks for your thoughts. I did not have an alternative to citrate because there are no others available in my country. I don't feel any irritation or side effects from magnesium citrate. But I feel fine irritation from starch or a lot of fiber.

The magnesium could be too sedative, sometimes this can be perceived as depression, it shouldn't feel suicidal though.
The 11-keto-dht is from idealabs.

That is a lot of weight per month. Probably why you’re experiencing intense hunger. Fat loss should be 1% of body weight AT MOST. Drastic deficits lead to muscle los even when enough protein is consumed. This screws up energy availability which in turn skews leptin and hunger hormones

I think so too, but I'm not sure that even 50 percent of that weight was fat. After I gave up cottage cheese and starches, my weight dropped very quickly due to the reduction in fluid retention. The calories didn't go down.

A diet of beef and honey (or fruits) lacks many essential nutrients. (B1, B2, folate, copper, vitamin K1/K2, manganese, iodine, calcium, EFAs)

I‘d look into The Wahls Protocol by Dr. Terry Wahls in your situation.

She recommends pressure-cooking vegetables in stews and soups for better digestion in people with very sensitive digestion.

I was thinking about The Wahls Protocol as her food recommendations probably fix the gaps in your diet.
Well-cooked leafy greens for calcium, folate and vitamin K1, some mushrooms for riboflavin, fish/seafood or seaweed for iodine and EFAs.
Some quality mineral waters can supply a good amount of calcium.

Nonetheless, I feel with you. I was very ill and unwell early on, too.

Best wishes!

Looks like t3/ t4 are at the bottom of the range and tsh 1.4. Getting the tsh below 1 and t3/t4 up should start you on the road to feeling better. Implenting some of the suggesting that have been posted such as getting calcium and d3 up might be all you need to correct this before considering supplementing thyroid. Supplementing d for a time will help to get it up as it seem you do well getting sunlight but it's not correcting the deficiency. Calcium carbonate is a cheap safe way to get calcium up if avoiding dairy. In terms of supplementing hormones, pregnenolone and dhea would be preferable to the more exotic substances . It's a gentler approach and unlikely to cause further disturbances and will work in the direction of lowering stress and increasing the metabolic rate to bring your body back into homeostasis. Keep up with the long walks in sunlight. Some cyproheptadine or diphenhydramine before bed could help to improve sleep onset and deeper sleep and will also lower serotonin which can help with mental well-being and can help reduce digestive discomfort. I'm feeling for you man. I've had very similar experience myself and found these suggestions to be the most gentle at assisting the body/mind at coming back into balance while mitigating the potential of causing any further imbalances. Thiamine HCl and niacinamide have been key as well. Can buy them as powders rather than caps which saves money and avoids fillers/excipients. If at some point down the line you want to try reintroducing dairy, home made raw milk kefir has been a very gentle way for me to get calcium from dairy and has helped reduce stomach discomfort/inflammation. Starting slowly with it is important. Might be worth starting with the cal carbonate first for a time and approach the reintroduction of dairy at a later date when your feeling like you've made some headway. Wishing you luck.

Thanks a lot Conrad. An excellent summary of all the information given in this thread. I have Tiromel 25 mcg. I thought that he would help me, but nothing has changed in 2 weeks. I didn't feel any effects at all. I started with 3 micrograms per day and gradually increased to 12-13 micrograms. I have to buy vitamin D and calcium. It is difficult to buy DHEA, pregnenolone and cyproheptadine in Russia, but I will try to find them.

After I stopped taking Prozac, my average weight dropped from 132 pounds to 128 (although I ate more and my boxing workouts didn't change).

Denis.
Vaccination status historically? Does the abstinence from the nicotine bring on the symptoms of headache, etc. or does intake of nicotine reduce the constancy of symptoms which are perceivable at lower level? At a minimum, you're exhibiting signs of auto-immunity and under the circumstances, the removal of all dairy and gluten is likely necessary. It seems you're HPA axis is stuck on ortho-sympathetic overload, edema can be the result of nervous system imbalances, and excessive physical exhaustion, as with the continuance of training in the absence of restorative sleep. To be frank, it seems to me you've been poisoned in some way -- and I would recommend heavy metal testing to determine if you're saturated. NAD regulates circadian cycles and suppresses cortisol -- my advice is to utilize a high quality NMN-D-Ribose (not nicotinamide riboside, NR) but if you can afford it, use the Pro-Health brand NMN 500mg daily with 1500mg of D-Ribose to deal with some of the immediate symptoms, get screened for heavy metals, and then report back. Roughly speaking, are you located in the UK?
