With vitamin A it really depends how much you've been eating but the general consensus seems to be 6 months to a year for a young person. I know that sounds like a long time but I started feeling benefits almost immediately.

I don't know about k2. It is also fat soluble so I would imagine a similarly slow process to reduce it. I'm not sure it is as much of a concern though, it doesn't have a well documented toxicity like vitamin A does. Just stop putting it on your balls.
where should i get the bulk of my micros then if not from liver

just come out of a mini cut where I lost 7-8kg in 6 weeks went from eating 4,000 calories end of my bulk at 20% body fat to 1,400 calories 9% body fat -- now at 9% bf and eating 2574 caloreis daily at maintenance
This is probably the source of your low libido and dopamine. It’s a very bad idea to cut at any age on 1400 calories, especially at 17. You probably could have lost fat at your age just by eating low fat and keeping calories well above 3000.

Your body may have adapted to low calories now and raised serotonin. Like others have suggested I would drop all supplements, including liver for awhile. Try to increase carbs, maybe with starch if you tolerate it well, socialize more, and maybe decrease workout intensity and frequency.

Thanks for the thoughful response -- Ia recently bought androsterone and diamant, should I hold off on those? -- do you think stoppping nofap/semen retnetion would be beneficial aswell -- also i think with the mini cut it was about 10kg of weight loss in about 6.5 weeks rather than 6kg of weight loss

1400 cals and you’re 17?! Lol. Never go that low. At seventeen I could eat whatever and stay lean. Up the calories.

Yeah I wouldn’t use those right now. 10kg in 7 weeks is an unhealthy amount of fat loss. You have some metabolic recovery to do. I would focus on much more calories, less intense workouts for now. And as much socializing as you can fit into your schedule.

Not sure about nofap. I do know that even hardcore tantra guys recommend ejaculating at least once a month and that is for adults. To me extremely long semen retention doesn’t sound right especially during puberty. I actually did nofap during most of my teens because I was very religious and thought I was supposed to. I think it did have some benefits, but also negatives. If I were to go back I would probably only retain for 1-4 weeks at most. I still wouldn’t watch porn, but also not obsess over avoiding it either, just focus on having a positive social life and network.

Meat, potatoes, a few veggies, it's pretty easy. Don't worry about it too much.

Also as other people have said don't worry about 12% body fat at your age. At 17 you have so much muscle and maybe skeletal growth potential, don't waste it by restricting calories.

Thanks. I looked at that vit a thread but seems like a lot of reading -- where should i start or could you summarise the main reason why vit a is bad for libido -- is it because of tanking estrogen

This is what I will try to do to increase libido
1. Drop all supplements except protein powder
2. Increase calories 4 out of 7 days of the week from 2574 to 3150
3. Will probably ejac once a week or something
4. no more no fap/semen retention potentially
5. No more liver until recovered
6. Mass cold approach females haha
7. Seek novelty

Will report back in a month

Personally I'd drop the protein powder but otherwise sounds like a solid plan

I think a lot of the comments on here are a bit hyperbolic and no need for people to admonish you. In my opinion, it seems pretty simple. You're ramping metabolism with a lot of the supplements, but don't have the calories and nutrition to support it. With pro-metabolic stuff, this is pretty easy to do, imo. I would simply make sure you're getting at least 3k calories a day, plenty of milk, eggs, shellfish, some liver, and sugar and then adding b-vitamins like energin should do the trick. If I ever feel my libido waning tons of b-vitamins and some glycine, taurine, and lysine, always do the trick and calories. My two cents :).

So you don't think I should avoid liver due to the excess copper and VA as per this threads suggestion

I think life delights in life and energy abundance not reductionism and removal of energy promoting therapies.

May I ask what the link is between B vitamins and low libido, at least if you have a hypothesis here? Just curious. I've tried B Vitamin complexes in the past and they always made me bloated/gave me nervousness so I stayed away... wondering if Energin would be worth a try.

What’s your height and weight? You may be able to gradually increase calorie intake higher than this. I think people like @OccamzRazer have the right idea of adapting to high calorie intake. It can take some time and probably shouldn’t be increased suddenly but a little more every week. I can pinpoint the decline in my health to when I began skipping meals and decreasing calorie intake in college out of convenience. Probably the biggest mistake of my life I’m still recovering from.

People scold you for taking supplements and experimenting because it might ruin your life, but I didn't take any supplements at your age and my life was ruined anyway. Low libido for a decade. Your problems might solve themselves, or they might not. Whatever you do, you should definitely eat a lot of food. Easily digestible and low-ish pufa.
