ive seen articles claim its legitimacy. So we have hoax vs non hoax. nothing is conclusive.

No amount of "articles" are going to prove otherwise that this is a fake video, plain and simple.
Since the pictures used are of 1 brain and that they have been lifted off a study of a meth addict published in 2010.
Even without that evidence, the video smells fake as soon it starts playing along with its actors.
