How do you experience both pro-DHT and pro-serotonin effects? Those should be in opposition. IMO pineapple is fine as long as you tolerate it fine. It's a good source of manganese, which helps to lower serotonin. The carb content should also help to improve the dopamine to serotonin ratio.
Manganese is probably the one thing I have an over abundance of in my current diet (around 10mg a day). Do you see any downsides to too much, Hans?

Probably unlikely from food. The body is very good at regulating the absorption of nutrients. But everyone is different, so you can always do a whole blood manganese test.
