Im going to get some 11-Keto DHT but I also have a transdermal 11-Keto testosterone, would this be worth running along side each other, not sure of doses if so? I would be running them along side pansterone and possibly androsterone or at different times.

I know some guys don’t believe this will work regarding penis enlargement but I have been practicing penis enlargement for years and have used substances that have made a great impact, I don’t believe it would work on its own in a big way but along with exercises I think it has great potential.

Some of 11-keto T likely converts into 11-keto DHT, especially when used transdermally. So, not sure there would be much synergy when using them together. Pregnenolone/DHEA are a good idea when using any steroid that can lead to suppression or even partial inhibition of steroid synthesis pathway(s).

Thanks for the reply haidut, i know it’s not popular on this forum but I’m on low dose test 100-200mg per week and sometimes primobolan or proviron in low doses too so suppression has happened already, Allot of guys on other forums that have run steroids for a long time have said to run DHEA/PREG as it’s changed there well being dramatically.

Regarding the 11-Keto t, I have some left over from when I used high doses of 250mg a day and not something I would do again but thought maybe could use it along side and a realy small dose of 1-3mg. Been looking at androsterone too and wondering if a dose of each along side DHEA/PREG would be ok as I like the benefits for both from what I’ve been reading here.

I can feel this being suppressive at 3+ mg daily... My old symptoms of hypogonadism slowly come back - no libido, shaky, anxious, heart palpitations, low self esteem... Probably crashing my already fragile T levels so I will only use it as much as I need to reverse my gyno and then drop off. 1-2 mg daily with maybe the occasional break are tolerable.

I have no idea how they used 250 MG of actual DHT in the gyno reversal studies if 11 keto is of equal potency. Those people must have had no endogenous steroids anymore.

I keep reading in this thread and others about DHT that this hormone is not responsible for balding or increased facial hair.

So what’s the hormone that makes most bald/bearded strong guy so androgenic?
They have a common phenotype and common behavioral traits, like moving in the way of fear and danger instead of away from it.

In a fight or flight type of situation, they tend to pick the fight option.

They also display high social energy, seem to laugh easily and have never ending energy to do whatever comes.

Guys with heads full of hair always seem more dull and more passive

Lol not true my best mate is 25 half head is already bald and had full dark thick beard since he was 14. He’s always been a woozy. Got picked on. Zero succes with girls. No balls at all if you know what I mean. He also had big nipples and sorta man boobish breasts. Seems like high estrogen and prolactin his whole teens and still he got most beard out of all my mates. I think it’s mostly genetic. I have loads of buddies with same example. And lots of friends who have not much beard growth and full hair and they take a lot of space and are confident. What you say does not seem to ring true. Specially not bald and confident. Sure muscular, beardy dudes with full head of hair and in good health good looking guys have more confidence but no wonder when everyone thinks your good looking and you know it.

I would think genes with a good combination of DHEA, testosterone and DHT is needed for that type of hair growth and even certain degree of estrogen and cortisol is needed aswell. Another interesting thing is the link to vascularity and hair growth. Minoxidil which is nitric oxide basically increases hair growth both topically and orally. It was first made as an oral drug to treat hypertension but they noticed overall increased body hairgrowth both beard and random places on the body. Also minoxidil applied topically on beard has shown really good results. I can imagine that men with higher nitric oxide get more hair if this is the case. And that can be achieved through stress so I think stress can have a good promotion on body hair and facial and probably bad for head hair.

Not sure if you get that correlation/causation straight for the vascularity part.
Whenever I apply transdermal androgens my vascularity becomes ridiculously high.

So androgens may still be behind the hair growth, vascularity being just yet another unrelated consequence of androgen increase without causation to hair growth

Yes for sure. Look at steroid users super vascular and skin age fast. Not arguing against that. Same with estrogen. Without estrogen your eNOS drops dramatically. Thus why low estrogen causes you to have no boners and even viagra wont help when u are low E.

@haidut is either dhea or androsterone converted to dht in the skin faster? Which would have greater effect on androgen receptor in skin or hair follicle?

No, it probably won't have muscle building effects. DHT-type steroids are mostly anti-estrogen, anti-cortisol, anti-prolactin and anti-serotonin. So, its direct effects are more related to mood, water balance, blood pressure, body fat, etc. The lowering of serotonin may lead to increase in endogenous testosterone synthesis, but 11-keto DHT on its own will not have much muscle building effects. However, it will prevent muscle breakdown from cortisol and over exertion. It is an androgenic steroid, but not anabolic. Also, great effects on bones as well.

Can keto dht subsititute for cypro when on a low budget or cyoro substitute for keto dht?

Don't think they are comparable. Cypro is a direct serotonin receptor antagonist while I am not aware of any androgen actually being able to bind a serotonin receptor. Testosterone, progesterone and allopregnanolone may act as functional 5-HT3 antagonists but only there and indirectly. So, don't think cyproheptadine can be replaced reliably by any steroid.
