100,000 Watt

    Seriously though, I wonder if there's a point where the intensity stops being beneficial and starts being harmful, and what is that point. 10,000 Watt? 20,000?

    500 watts I can run all the time. 750 watts I can run most of the time. 1100 watts I cant run for too long.

    It definitely will wear on me. Eat up all my glucose reserves pretty quickly too.
