Is tapering off 1 mg of valium per week fast if you're really unstable? Please help

I took my valium 12 mg dose 21 minutes too late this morning and now have physical anxiety/withdrawal
Hey all, the past 2 days I was feeling great, had no physical anxiety all day and I finally stabilized on 12 and 12 mg. Now today I had an interview with my new addiction doctor this morning at 9 am the time I had to take my valium morning dose of 12 mg and I forgot to take it for 21 minutes...- TreasureVibe

I Missed My 5 Mg Evening Dose Of Valium, Now Have More Physical Anxiety Is This Neurological Damage?
Hey all, so last Thursday I missed my evening 5 mg valium dose and didn't take it for 10 hours, I took it in the morning after 10 hours and ever since I have increased physical anxiety in the morning, and in the evening. Could this be neurological damage and/or tolerance? Thank you- TreasureVibe
