At mega doses does it have any risk of downregulating my thiamine transporters (in the gut) permanently? Or could it cause my body to handle it more inefficiently or wasting more thus making me thiamine deficient after stopping taking B1?
so I just got this supplement I like all of the ingredients except for the 200mg of Boron Citrate it seems like way to much boron what do you guys think? I couldn’t find any research or any other supplements near this amount of boron. @Lokzo what do you think?
Has anyone experimented with taking large doses of minerals? I just decided to buy a couple bottles of ionic minerals, magnesium, selenium, zinc, boron, fulvic acid, trace minerals. I already get a huge amout of calcium, sodium and potassium from dairy, salt and fruit so i figured i would go...
