anyone used hydrocortisone to help tolerate/utilize thyroid?
Did anyone successfully increase cortisol to actually successfully supplement the thyroid? I was on adrenal cortex but i seem to build a tolerance. I will be trying tomorrow pregnenolone but im sure i cant tolerate much as i don't sleep 3 days after 100mg. Few weeks back i was taking around...- FitnessMike
